The Indian Railways is one of the biggest rail networks of the world and it is the responsibility of not just railway staff but each and every passenger as well to keep the Indian Railways clean and tidy. It is also advised by the railways that passengers should keep railway tracks clean and they should use the dustbins inside the trains to throw garbage.
However, what will you say if we tell you that the railway staff is responsible for making tracks dirty as they dispose of the garbage on tracks while the train is moving?
Presently, a video is going viral in which a railway staff member is seen throwing garbage out of the train and the video has been captioned as, “This seems to be the normal practice of the On Board Housekeeping Staff inside #IndianRailways trains. Just dump the all the collected trash on the tracks from the moving train. A passenger lodged a complaint on 139 & in no time the supervisor & entire gang turned trying to find who has complained & why? Saying they aren’t paid properly, not provided enough bags to collect trash & so they are managing with meager resources.”
Earlier also a video surfaced in which a housekeeping staff was seen throwing garbage on railway tracks:
We don’t believe the excuses given by the housekeeping staff, in fact there may be some corruption involved, what do you say?
If you witness something like this on a train, make a video and file a proper complaint with complete details, such people should not be forgiven.
