Naomika Saran, the granddaughter of Bollywood stars Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, is preparing to make her big-screen debut. She will reportedly take center stage in a romantic comedy, costarring with Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda.
Jagdeep Sidhu will direct the upcoming movie, which is reportedly a heartwarming romantic comedy. Following his success in the Punjabi film business with blockbuster hits like Qismat, Qismat 2, Shadaa, and Jatt & Juliet 3, as well as his work as a dialogue writer for Bollywood films like Saand Ki Aankh and Srikanth, this will be Jagdeep’s first Hindi film directing endeavor. His skill as a storyteller and Maddock Films’ talent for producing modern romances is expected to change the genre.
Because Naomika Saran looks so much like her grandma, Dimple Kapadia, she has already attracted the attention of filmmakers. Naomika, born to actor Rinke Khanna and businessman Sameer Saran, has always wanted to be an actress. She formally follows in the footsteps of her legendary grandfather, Rajesh Khanna, who is still regarded as one of Indian cinema’s most cherished celebrities, with this film.
Meanwhile, Agastya Nanda, who made his debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies last year, is scheduled to star in Ikkis, a military drama helmed by Sriram Raghavan, opposite Dharmendra and Jaideep Ahlawat. Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal’s life will be chronicled in the movie, and Agastya feels the part would help him establish himself in the field.
