The trailer of Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal has created quite a buzz and now it has become difficult for fans to wait for the movie to release. The flick has been directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and it also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in important roles.
The trailer launch event of Animal took place on 23 Nov 2023 in New Delhi and during the event, Ranbir Kapoor opened up on many topics including his experience of working with Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Ranbir also made an interesting revelation regarding Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh which was a remake of Vijay Deverakonda starrer, Arjun Reddy. Ranbir Kapoor said that before Kabir Singh was announced, he had watched Arjun Reddy so he was quite sure that Kabir Singh would not be a hit. In fact, he challenged that the magic that was created was Arjun Reddy, its performances, music, etc. that won’t be created.
He said, “Ab maine Kabir Singh ki announcement se pehle Arjun Reddy dekhi, mujhe laga isse better love story koi ban nahi sakti. Fir Sandeep ne wohi love story Kabir Singh mein banayi, aur maine kaha main challenge deta hu ki yeh hit ho hi nahi sakti kyuki Arjun Reddy ne jo kamal kia tha, jo performances the, jo music tha, wo recreate ho nhi payega. But he did it again.”
Ranbir called his experience of working with Sandeep as wonderful and called Sandeep as original writer and director that no one has earlier experienced those moments.
