For Ramayana, Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor will collaborate. Regarding the movie, everyone is incredibly enthusiastic. Following the huge letdown of the Kriti Sanon and Prabhas film Adipurush, people were hoping for something nicer and better from Ranbir’s film. In the movie, Sai Pallavi plays Goddess Sita, and Ranbir plays Lord Ram. Many things have been said about the show’s actors, and Nitish Tiwari is the director of the movie. According to reports, Yash, who stars in KGF, will play Ravana. But he recently declared that he will serve as a co-producer on Ramayana.

Is Ramayana facing legal issues?
The movie has begun shooting, and a tonne of set photos have leaked as well. The movie’s cast, especially Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi, have fans more excited than ever. But a legal disagreement over intellectual property rights has the movie in hot water before it even opens.
According to sources, Prime Focus Technologies Limited and Allu Mantena Media Ventures LLP, the film’s principal production company, are embroiled in a legal dispute. Allu Mantena Media Ventures LLP and Prime Focus Technologies Limited are reportedly at odds over the rights to the name Project Ramayana, according to sources in Money Control.
According to sources, the talks to buy intellectual property rights broke down in April 2024 because the necessary cash was not made in full to formalise the arrangement. According to Allu Mantena Media Ventures LLP, they still own the rights to Project Ramayana.
They added that it would be an abuse of their copyright for Prime Focus Technologies Limited or any of its affiliates to use or exploit the script or other materials. The production business further asserted that Prime Focus Technologies Limited had no ownership, title, or interest in the Project Ramayana material and threatened to take legal action to defend its rights if needed.
It will be interesting to watch how the producers respond to it and whether co-producer Yash can assist the group.
