Rani Mukerji and Kajol’s Festive Saree Glam at Durga Puja

When it comes to Durga Puja, Rani Mukerji and Kajol, Bollywood’s queens of tradition in the 1990s, never disappoint. This year was no exception, as they attended the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja celebrations in a magnificent blue and red sari and Kajol in an orange saree, demonstrating once more that they are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to festive fashion.

This time, Rani looked stunning with a lovely blue and crimson Patola saree from Nirmala Salvi’s collection. Her saree was exquisite with a twist, including a blue drape with a whimsical white textured lined pattern throughout. The saree’s borders were deep crimson and delicately patterned with traditional patola designs. The crimson sleeveless blouse gave the outfit a trendy edge while remaining traditional.

She elevated her festive style with a lovely blue and crimson patola saree, royal temple jewels, and immaculate makeup!

Her temple jewellery with saree was stunning! Rani wore an exquisite gold pendant necklace that appeared to be directly from a royal treasure. She donned red and gold bangles to compliment the richly coloured saree, as well as flowery gold earrings to add glitter. She exuded Maharani vibes during the Durga Puja!

And now for the makeup—absolutely gorgeous! Rani went for a glossy nude lip for a fresh and clean appearance. She also wore a bright blue bindi as an accent that matched her saree well. She appeared to be prepared for the joyful occasion, with a sweep of kohl on her eyelids, sharp eyeliner, blush, and highlighter. Her puff hairstyle and the rest of her straightened hair were the perfect finishing touch to this gorgeous look.

Apart from Rani Mukerji, Kajol too attended Durga Puja and looked equally lovely. Kajol looked lovely at the Durga Puja pandal in all the right ways. Donning a magnificent orange saree and a vibrant red sleeveless choli, she effortlessly combined traditional and modern aspects in her attire.

She kept her jewellery to a minimum, opting for modest string necklaces that complemented rather than competed with her attire. Kajol used light makeup with some strong elements to highlight her looks. She wore pink blush, kajal on her eyes, and the traditional bindi, but her hair was neatly arranged into a bun. Her amazing combination of heritage and current clothes made her the focus of attention during the joyous event.

Rani Mukerji and Kajol clearly never miss a beat during Durga Puja, judging by their appearance. Whether they offer prayers or turn eyeballs, her saree ensembles demonstrate how to conquer the holiday game with elegance and a hint of sass.
