On December 19, Realme unveiled the Realme 14 Pro’s colour-changing back panel design, which has captured the interest of everyone in the smartphone market. Realme 14 Pro Color-Changing Design
Realme unveiled the back pane design of the new Realme 14 Pro model in a post on the microblogging site X, which was formerly Twitter. When the design was exposed to water, the rear panel changed colour. Realme noted that the Realme 14 Pro will become the world’s first colour-changing smartphone. Additionally, the smartphone has been certified P66, IP68, and IP69, demonstrating its long-lasting resistance to dust and water. Comparing the Realme 14 to its predecessor, some design adjustments have also been made. Three camera sensors and three MagicGlow LED flashlights are housed in a circular camera module with a thick metal ring on the smartphone.
Additionally, in cooperation with Nordic industrial design firm Valeur Designers, Realme organized a media event in Copenhagen where it demonstrated the cold-sensitive colour-changing capabilities of the Realme 14 Pro. It has been observed that when a smartphone is subjected to temperatures lower than 16 degrees Celsius, the colour of the rear panel changes. The creation of the Realme 14 Pro’s Pearl White pattern was also disclosed during the occasion, and it was explained that a 30-step fusion fibre process was used. Realme 14 Pro series debut
According to the X article, the Realme 14 Pro series will go on sale worldwide in January 2025. However, the business has not yet decided on the precise debut date.
