Finding a good house in a big city like Bengaluru is not an easy task because first of all, it is a costly city so a person needs to be very sure of the amount that he can pay in rent and secondly, it is not easy to get complete value of money and many properties are not that good but their owners charge high rates just because their property is in a posh locality.
Social media platforms have become a common medium to search rental properties as nowadays many owners post details of their property on social media sites including X (formerly Twitter). Recently one X user made a post about his 2BHK flat in Indiranagar which he wanted to give on rent and now this post has become a meme material.
The name of the X user is @Bharath_MG and in the first tweet regarding his flat, he wrote,

The flat was good and everything seemed to be fine but social media went into a frenzy after the flat owner increased the rent by Rs. 10K because the responses that he got were pretty good.
