The skipper of the Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma is a happy man as the Indian team has registered a huge victory by 434 runs over England in the third test match which was played at Rajkot.
India is leading by 2-1 and Rohit Sharma was full of praises for local boy Ravindra Jadeja who not only scored a century but also took a fifer in England’s second innings.
While talking to mediapersons after the match, Rohit Sharma said, “Jaddu, we’ve seen him over the years. He understands the conditions really well, he knows exactly what the game is, what his game is, and then he goes and does it, backs it up.”
Rohit lauded Jadeja for his performances outside India as well, he said, “This is his hometown. More than anyone else he knows these conditions better. If you see the past couple of years, he’s actually, come out and scored some crucial runs for us, whether it’s in India or outside as well.”
Ravindra Jadeja was adjudged as the Player of the Match for his superb performance and it won’t be wrong to say that India was in complete control in the match which ended in 4 days only.
Well played team India!
