Finally the Indian cricket team is back in the country with the T20 World Cup 2024 trophy and once again it is celebration time for everyone.
Though the final match was played on 29 June, the team was stuck in Barbados because of Hurricane Beryl but as the situation became normal, a special Air India flight was arranged by the BCCI secretary Jay Shah and today morning, the Indian players with their families and the whole coaching staff landed in New Delhi.
A grand welcome was given to the players and they will be staying in five star hotel ITC Maurya before leaving for their respective homes.
At the hotel, a special cake and breakfast were arranged for the players, the chef Shivneet Pahoja talked about the cake in a video as he said, “The cake is in the colour of the Team’s jersey. Its highlight is this trophy, it may look like an actual trophy but this is made out of chocolate…This is our welcome to the winning team…We have arranged the breakfast in the special venue and we will offer them a special breakfast…”

The breakfast was also special as it will be healthy and will also consist of dishes which are liked by players such as chole bhature.
