The song Naatu Naatu from S S Rajamouli’s RRR has been nominated in the Best Original Song category at the 95th Academy Awards. Earlier, it bagged a Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award win in the same category.
The Oscars in 2023 will be memorable for three reasons. Naatu Naatu, from S S Rajamouli’s RRR, has been nominated for Best Original Song at the 95th Academy Awards.
Previously, Naatu Naatu won a Golden Globe for Best Original Song, followed by a Critics Choice Award in the same category. The film also won the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
Rajamouli had hoped that the film would be nominated for Best Picture, but it was not to be.
That isn’t everything. All That Breathes by Shaunak Sen was nominated for Best Documentary Feature Film, while The Elephant Whisperers by Kartiki Gonsalves was nominated for Best Documentary Short Film.
Unfortunately, Pan Nalin’s Chello Show did not win Best International Film.
