In her latest vlog, Farah Khan took her audience inside the luxurious Mumbai residence of Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma, a place she jokingly dubbed the “Dubai of Mumbai.” As the vlog unfolded, it quickly became clear that the house wasn’t the only thing making headlines—Aayush Sharma’s culinary arrangements stole the spotlight in the most unexpected way.

While chatting with Farah, Aayush casually dropped a revelation that caught her completely off guard. He shared that he was shocked to discover how much he was paying his cook each month. “I asked my cook how much he gets paid, and I got a heart attack after I heard the number. I realised that ordering food from downstairs is cheaper than paying him his monthly salary,” Aayush said, referring to the in-house restaurant in their high-rise building. Farah, visibly stunned, could only respond with a gasp and a quip: “You really are very rich.”

The surprises didn’t end there. Arpita Khan chimed in to say that they currently don’t even order from the building restaurant. Instead, their daily meals arrive from Salman Khan’s home, cooked lovingly by Salma Khan. “We get our food from my mother’s house,” Arpita shared, adding that Salma also prepares and sends meals to Arbaaz and Sohail Khan regularly. This home-cooked setup has replaced the need for an in-house chef altogether.

As the vlog neared its end, the conversation took an even more outrageous turn. Aayush Sharma revealed another culinary indulgence that left Farah in stitches. On a recent trip to Finland, the couple took their private chef along just so they wouldn’t have to go without Indian food. “That’s it, I’m going back home,” Farah mock-declared, nearly falling off her chair at the sheer extravagance.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Farah has stirred up laughs while discussing cooks’ salaries. In an earlier vlog, she jokingly hinted to actor Sunny Singh that her longtime cook, Dilip, earns so well that it could attract job-switching interest from other celebrities. “Agar mai tereko bolungi na iski pagaar kitni hai, toh Rohit tereko chhor ke mere paas aajayega!” she teased. That same episode saw Sunny giving Dilip a crash course in Punjabi, arming him with the phrases needed to negotiate a raise—an interaction that further boosted Dilip’s unexpected rise as a fan-favorite internet personality.

With every episode, Farah Khan’s vlogs continue to offer a delightful mix of celebrity lifestyle, unfiltered humor, and the kind of candid moments that remind fans why behind-the-scenes banter is often the best part of showbiz.
