In the early hours of Sunday, two armed men on motorcycles fired bullets outside Salman Khan’s residence Galaxy Apartments and fled away hiding their faces with helmets.
The Mumbai Police took prompt action, increased the security of the Wanted actor and also launched a manhunt for the two suspects. The two shooters have been arrested by the police in Bhuj, Gujarat as a police official stated, “Both the accused, who fled Mumbai after the firing, have been arrested from Gujarat’s Bhuj.”
Police called this incident a meticulously planned attack and the two shooters have been identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal.
Salman Khan has got death threats from gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar and after the incident, Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi took responsibility for the incident and called it a trailer.
The chief minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde has also talked to Salman Khan and has instructed the police to increase his security.
