Both calls, according to the police, were placed between 10 and 11 am. To track down the caller, a team has been assembled. According to the police, the caller has been identified as Madipur resident and carpenter Sudheer Sharma. The defendant’s son asserted that his father is an alcoholic.

The threat to kill Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, was made in a PCR call that was received at 10:46 on Wednesday, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Harendra Singh. According to news agency PTI, the DCP claimed that the caller’s location could be pinpointed to the Nangloi region.

The DCP said that a second call—this one having a threat to kill was received at 10:54 am. The DCP reported that at 10:54 am, another phone came in threatening to kill Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah if they did not receive Rs 2 crores. This call made from the Paschim Vihar (East) police station.

When the police team rushed to the house of the man, he was not present and his son identified as Ankit told police that his father works as a carpenter and was alcoholic since early morning on Wednesday.

The accused answered wildly when Ankit sought to speak with him on the phone. Our team is attempting to locate the individual, the DCP added, according to a PTI report. He added that efforts are being made to find the accused and that an inquiry is now in progress.

The Patna Police earlier this month detained a guy from Surat for reportedly threatening the life of Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, with death. Ankit Kumar Mishra was the one who made the death threat and used WhatsApp to do it.
