Bollywood’s beloved superstar Shah Rukh Khan, along with wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan, has taken up temporary residence in a posh apartment complex in Bandra’s upscale Pali Hill area, as their iconic bungalow, Mannat, undergoes a major renovation. The family is expected to stay in their new abode for around two years.
The move caught the attention of fans and paparazzi alike when the Khan family was recently spotted arriving at their temporary residence. A video captured the trio—Shah Rukh, Gauri, and Suhana—stepping out of their car and making their way into the building. Suhana stood out in a bright yellow outfit, while Shah Rukh kept things classic in a crisp white shirt. Their public appearance quickly went viral, with fans showering the comments section with heart emojis and admiration for the family’s togetherness.
According to a report, the Khans have leased four entire floors of a luxury apartment building named Puja Casa, owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani. The leasing arrangement was made through Shah Rukh’s company, Red Chillies Entertainment, which signed a leave and licence agreement with Bhagnani’s actor son, Jackky Bhagnani, and daughter, Deepshika Deshmukh, who co-owns the property.
The shift marks a rare relocation for the Khans, who have long been associated with Mannat—a home that has become a landmark in Mumbai. While Mannat undergoes its makeover, the Khans seem to be embracing their temporary new space with the same grace and style that fans have come to admire.
