Littering is an important problem in this country.  Many people are still worried with environmental protection, despite the fact that we have made great progress in raising awareness of the issue. Therefore, it is appropriate to show appreciation for a celebrity who, without prompting, picks up rubbish to set an example for their followers and deserves recognition. Shah Rukh Khan, the Baadshah of Bollywood, has captured the hearts of the internet with a selfless action.  He’s not alone, though. These celebrities are deserving of particular recognition for maintaining cleanliness in their nation.

Star and co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders, Shah Rukh Khan, was in Kolkata this week for his team’s game. The actor walked around gathering abandoned flags from the stands after the game and before he left the stadium alongside Suhana Khan, AbRam Khan, and Ananya Panday. Many of his admirers have been complimenting him on social media as this video has gone viral.

Narendra Modi, the prime minister

The most unique place on this list should go to the man who started the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. In addition to promoting awareness and inspiring citizens to work towards a cleaner India, our Prime Minister Narendra Modi frequently picked up the broom to set an example. He demonstrated for us what it means to genuinely care about the nation.

A video of Ranveer Singh from the salon’s opening celebration went viral last year. He paused before going into the venue, bending down to pick up rubbish on the ground while the paparazzi took photographs. He was called out by others as being on a PR hoax. The actor was praised by most viewers, nevertheless, for picking up trash that someone else had left behind. Some even linked Ranveer’s actions to his wife Deepika Padukone’s need to maintain order and cleanliness.
