Shah Rukh Khan supported his club, the Kolkata Knight Riders of the Indian Premier League, during Wednesday’s victory over the Delhi Capitals in Vishakhapatnam.
As the spectators in Vishakhapatnam was kept on the edge of their seats by the fireworks shown by his co-owned IPL club, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), superstar Shah Rukh Khan was beaming. Shah Rukh visited the stadium to personally thank the players following KKR’s victory over the Delhi Capitals, even kissing Rishabh Pant on the head.

Shah Rukh supported the youngsters from the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium stands. He wore a purple jersey to the exciting contest. His manager, Pooja Dadlani, was also present for the KKR vs. DC game.
Shah Rukh was spotted in the stadium personally applauding his players after KKR’s victory. The cricket player became alert as Shah Rukh walked up to him, but Shah Rukh reassured him, gave him a hug, and planted a kiss on the side of his head.
In the stadium, Shah Rukh also offered Kuldeep Yadav and Shreyas Iyer, two cricket players, firm embraces. He even autographed books for the losing squad.
The KKR social media account shared a video from the game when SRK is seen supporting the lads. SRK seems pleased with the youngsters’ outstanding performance. The Don (2006) theme song was added by the KKR social media staff. Farhan Akhtar’s criminal thriller has Shah Rukh in the lead role of the title mobster.
About acting, Shah Rukh most recently starred in the film Dunki. Actors include Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover are among the ensemble cast members of Dunki. Critics and viewers gave the movie varying reviews.
Dunki concentrates on the immigration problem. The phrase “donkey journey” which describes the protracted, convoluted, and even hazardous paths people travel around the globe to get to their desired immigration destinations is derived from the title of the book. His upcoming project is yet unknown.
About the game
K.K.R. had a dominant performance, scoring 272 runs in the 20 overs that were allowed. Thanks to tremendous hitting performances by Sunil Narine, Raghuvanshi, Andre Russell, and Rinku Singh, the squad achieved their second-highest IPL score.
Ishant Sharma’s outstanding last over was necessary to prevent KKR from surpassing Sunrisers Hyderabad’s record-breaking IPL team total from earlier in the season.
