When shown the group photo from their Kaun Banega Crorepati appearance alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Mittal remarked, “Oh, this is from KBC. I know this photo is from Season 1 because some of the sharks aren’t with us. May their soul rest in peace.”
While the comment may have been intended as humor, it has drawn attention for its seemingly pointed nature, particularly toward Ashneer Grover, who was removed from the show after its debut season.
