Actress Sharmin Segal is currently enjoying the success of Heeramandi as she has played an important role in the series but she is also trolled by many social media users for her poor performance and for having the same expression throughout the series.
There were many who slammed her for getting a role just on the basis of being Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece and not on the basis of talent and trolling got so harsh at one moment that she had to disable the comments section on her Instagram account.
Sharmin worked as assistant director with SLB before foraying into acting and recently during an interview, she opened up on various aspects of her journey and also revealed the name of the first celebrity whom she met in person.
She stated that she met Salman Khan on the sets of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and she was proposed by Salman for marriage but she refused.
Sharmin stated, “I was like 2 or 3 something, and he was like, ‘Will you marry me?’ and I said, ‘No!’” She further said that at that age she used to say no to everything.
