Anil Sharma directed Gadar 2 shattered many records at the box-office and it is still doing reasonably well in cinema halls. The movie is a sequel to 2001 released Gadar: Ek Prem Katha and the movie starred Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, etc. in important roles.
While everyone in the cast was happy with the movie and Anil Sharma, Ameesha Patel certainly had some problems with the director and she kept making controversial statements on a regular basis.
Ameesha started by alleging that Anil Sharma’s production house did not make payments to crew members and left them stranded in Chandigarh. Then she took a jibe at Anil Sharma and his son Utkarsh by saying that Anil wanted to make his son’s career from this movie but Tara and Sakina stole all the limelight.
People were not able to understand why only Ameesha Patel is having a problem with Anil Sharma but now a report has published the reason behind it.
As per the report, Ameesha was not happy with the screen time that she was getting and she wanted Sakina to go to Pakistan with Tara and k*ll the villain. She suggested the same to Anil Sharma who got shocked after listening to her suggestions but refused to oblige as he was clear about sticking with the script.
Well, considering the performance of Gadar 2, it appears that Anil Sharma did the right thing by not making changes in the script for Ameesha. What do you think?
