Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha and her longtime boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal got married on 23 June 2024 in a civil ceremony at her home which was attended by family and close friends and later on, the couple threw a reception party for their friends and colleagues.
Many Bollywood celebs attended the reception including Rekha, Salman Khan, Kajol, Aditi Rao Hydari, etc. There were some reports which suggested that several strangers tried to gatecrash the reception party of Sonakshi and Zaheer and it was confirmed by the trans model and singer-actor, Sushant Divgikr who also attended the reception.
Sushant took to Instagram and made a post which read, “Just experienced several people gate crashing and/or trying to gate crash a celebrity wedding recently. I can’t believe people will get fully dressed, pretend like they’re invited, and then sneak in!! For what joy? So you can enter and just make some reels? I am in disbelief as to how people can be so faaaaltu.”
Sushant captioned the post with, “Confidence itni kahaan se laate hain re baabaaaaa !!!!!????” and it is confirmed that Sushant is talking about Sonakshi and Zaheer’s reception as Sonakshi reacted with three laughing emojis.
Sonakshi and Zaheer have shared photos from their wedding and reception but they have disabled the comments section because of the trolling that they are facing due to their inter-faith marriage.
