Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed Animal was one of biggest hits of the year 2023 and though it performed well at the box-office, it was also slammed a lot for being a toxic and problematic movie.
Animal starred Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri, etc. in important roles. Bobby Deol had a very limited screen time but he did an amazing job in the role of the villain and he was praised a lot for his acting.
Now the makers are preparing for the sequel of the movie which they have titled as “Animal Park” and it is being said that in the sequel, Ranbir Kapoor will play a double role. As far as the actor for the negative role is concerned, there are rumours that the makers are considering Vicky Kaushal for it.
As of now, there is no official confirmation in regard to Vicky Kaushal playing a negative role in Animal Park but it will be interesting to see both Ranbir and Vicky facing each other in the movie.
Co-incidentally, Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur, which was based on the life of India’s first Chief Marshall Sam Manekshaw, and Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal clashed at the box-office as they both got released on the same day.
