This French-automaker has teamed up with an Emirati developer to build Dubai residences with drive-in penthouses

French-automaker Bugatti is collaborating with Emirati real estate developer Binghatti to build the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai.  Residents of the new property will have access to a variety of facilities including  “Riviera mansions” and “sky mansion penthouses.”

Drive-ins have since long been associated with open-air movie theaters. But, in recent years they have become increasingly popular in residential areas.

In addition to a variety of other luxurious facilities, French-automaker Bugatti’s first-ever luxury building will have penthouse suites equipped with vehicle elevators. This complex will be located in France and will be built by Bugatti.

Bugatti is erecting an eponymous extravagant structure in conjunction with the Emirati developer Binghatti. Recently published designs promise a sparkling futurescape for the building that is being constructed.

The Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will be a “ground-breaking real estate development in the heart of Dubai,” according to a news release.

Last week, in the city’s Coca-Cola Arena, the CEO of Binghatti, Muhammad BinGhatti, and the CEO of Bugatti Rimac, Mate Rimac, made the announcement that their companies would be collaborating for the first time ever.

The shimmering silver exterior of the futuristic skyscraper will give the impression that it is undulating, and it will be located in the Business Bay sector of the ultramodern city.

A dizzying depiction from above depicts a massive stack of roof decks, each one with a pool and fanning out from the top level in such a way as to provide individual units with direct sunshine.

According to a statement released by the corporations, the completed project will consist of a total of 171 “Riviera mansions” and 11 “sky mansion penthouses.” Residents will have access to a variety of facilities, such as a beach, private pool, health center, chef’s table, valet, members club, and two “garage-to-penthouse car lifts.”

In addition to that, residents will have access to individualized amenities such as a “bespoke chauffeur and concierge.”

The housing invention that is now in the works may not be the most out-of-this-world thing that Dubai is working on. It’s possible that the city may soon be home to a colossal moon-themed hotel.

Moon World Resorts, which is situated in Canada, has plans to construct a number of resorts that are designed to mimic the moon.

In the not-too-distant future, one of these retreats may take place in Spain, the United States, or Singapore.
