The tensions between Russia and Ukraine are all time high as both the nations are engaged in a war for more than a year now and a recent incident may further increase their tensions.
We are talking about the incident in which the Ukrainian MP, Oleksandr Marikovskyi is seen punching an unknown Russian official after the latter snatched the flag of Ukraine from the Ukrainian MP.
It all happened at the 61st General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) which is being held in Ankara, Turkey, and in which the countries of that region came together for the purpose of discussing the ways to develop and strengthen the multilateral and bilateral ties in regard to technological, economic and social fronts.
