Recently, Google posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) in which it talked about the most searched moments of the last 25 years and many of us will get nostalgic after watching the video.
While there are many moments, two sportspersons – Portuguese professional footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli have once again scripted history. While Ronaldo has been declared as the most searched athlete by Google, Virat Kohli is the most searched cricketer in the last 25 years.
Cristiano Ronaldo has always faced tough competition from Argentine footballer, Lionel Messi but this time, he has left Messi far behind in becoming the most searched athlete. If we talk about Virat Kohli, he was in the sublime form of his life in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 in which he scored 765 runs, smashed three centuries and three fifties as well.
