Virat Kohli makes biggest disclosure on MS Dhoni

On the podcast of his IPL side RCB, Virat made a significant revelation about Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Virat Kohli is widely regarded as one of the top batters in the world. He has won several matches for India on his own. Virat made his debut under Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s leadership. Nobody is unaware of their connection. Recently, on the podcast of his IPL team, RCB, Virat has revealed major discoveries regarding his cricket career. At the same time, he stated something significant regarding Dhoni. Let’s discuss it.

Other from his wife Anushka Sharma, his whole family, and his childhood coach, Virat Kohli stated that Mahendra Singh Dhoni was the only person who became his strength through difficult times. From 2008 until 2019, Kohli shared the changing room alongside Dhoni for 11 years.

Kohli stated that knowing Mahendra Singh Dhoni is a luxury since he is more experienced than him and you can learn from him. We have a lot of respect for one another. Kohli went on to say that contacting Dhoni is really tough. If I call him, there’s a 99 percent chance he won’t answer since he isn’t looking at his phone. I spoke with him twice on the phone. People neglect to inquire how you are when you are supposed to be strong and perceived as a strong person. I’m telling you this because you’ll want to go to someone who has felt the same way you do at some time in your career. Dhoni has been in circumstances similar to mine before.

Team India have lost the first two Tests against Australia in 2012. Perth was to host the third Test match. The pitch in Perth was quite tough because to the high bounce. At the time, I knew that if I didn’t perform well in this Test, I wouldn’t be able to stay in the squad and wouldn’t be able to play the fourth Test. I was the team’s inexperienced player at the time.

Virat Kohli has been Team India’s most dependable batter over the previous decade. Through his batting, he helped the Indian team get out of tight circumstances. He was the finest batsman at no. 1 in white-ball cricket. For Team India, he has scored 8195 runs in 106 Test matches, 12809 runs in 271 ODIs, and 4008 runs in 115 T20 matches. In all three forms, he has 74 centuries. Kohli is the only Indian player to have played 100 games in all three forms.
