The Vivo T3 Ultra 5G, the Chinese technology brand’s latest T series smartphone, was presented in India on Thursday. The new device has a curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary back camera. The Vivo T3 Ultra features a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset. It has a 5,500mAh battery with 80W quick charging capability. The premium Vivo V40 Pro features the same back camera, battery, and processor.
Pricing
The Vivo T3 Ultra starts at ₹31,999 for the basic model, which has 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. There are two higher variations available: the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version (₹33,999) and the top-tier 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option (₹35,999).
The smartphone will go on sale in India on September 19, 2024, at 7:00 PM IST, through Vivo’s official website and approved retail shops. It will also be available for purchase on Flipkart. Notably, the tablet will be available in two colour options: Forest Green and Lunar Grey.

The Vivo T3 Ultra 5G features a 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (2800 x 1260). The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and can show up to 1.07 billion colours. It runs Funtouch OS 14, which is based on Android 14.
In terms of performance, the Vivo T3 Ultra is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ CPU, which is combined with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Vivo says that the T3 Ultra 5G scored more than 16,00,000 on Antutu. The smartphone comes with a 5500mAh battery that enables 80-watt quick charging.
The Vivo T3 Ultra has a dual-camera system on the back, consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with optical image stabilization and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The front camera is a 50MP snapper intended for selfies and video calls. The phone also has Vivo’s distinctive ‘Aura Ring Light.’ The Vivo T3 Ultra 5G also has many AI-powered picture functions, including AI Eraser and AI Picture Enhance.
