Warner Makes A Cryptic Post Amid Selection Doubts Ahead Of Ashes 4th Test

The Australian team got off to a great start in the Ashes 2023 as they won the first two test matches but England made a comeback and won the third one. With the win in the third test match, England not only kept their hopes of winning the Ashes alive but also deprived the Aussies of the series win.

However, the biggest question that the Australian team management has to answer ahead of the fourth test match is in regard to the inclusion of David Warner in the playing eleven. The left-handed opener has played many match-winning knocks for his team but currently he is going through a bad phase as he has scored only 141 runs in the three test matches of the Ashes series.

What has made the work of selectors more difficult is the superb performance of Mitchell Marsh in the third test match, both with bat and ball. Marsh was brought in as the replacement of Cameron Green who was injured but now Cameron Green must be fit as well.

Australian skipper Pat Cummins has been tight-lipped in regard to his team in the fourth test match which will start tomorrow at Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Great Manchester.

Amidst all this confusion, David Warner has made a cryptic post which has a quote, “When my circle got smaller, my vision got clearer. There’s strength in loyalty, not numbers.”

He captioned the post as, “Don’t be fooled”

What do you think David Warner wants to say with this post?
