Discipline and punctuality are very important in life irrespective of what field or sector you choose to work in and punishments are a great way to teach a lesson to the person who is not able to follow these traits in a proper manner.
The Indian cricketer Nehal Wadhera had to face an embarrassing situation as he was forced to wear batting pads while walking on airport instead of regular jumpsuit. The cricketer was punished by the team management because he was late for a batters meeting which took place in the hotel.
A video was posted on the official Twitter handle of Mumbai Indians in which Nehal Wadhera is seen walking with batting pads on and he was requesting the camera person not to focus on him.
MI posted the video with the caption, “#MumbaiIndians youngster #NehalWadhera turned all heads at Mumbai airport with his punishment #OOTD. He was captured with his pads on instead of traditional jumpsuit. According to our sources, #Nehal regrets being late for batters meeting.”
MI bought Nehal at his base price of Rs. 20 lakh and he made his debut against RCB on April 2. Hopefully he must have learnt a lesson and other youngsters will also avoid making any mistake as nobody likes to get embarrassed like this.
