Times Applaud Honours Dr. Rahila Shaikh With COVID-19 Warrior Award For Making Patients’ Lives Easy

0

The Indian doctors have shown exemplary courage during the COVID-19 pandemic as they risked their lives while dealing with the virus first hand by treating and curing the COVID-19 patients. However, there were some doctors who may not be treating the COVID-19 patients but they were still doing a great job by treating those patients who were suffering from other diseases. Many hospitals were converted into dedicated COVID-19 hospitals and patients of other diseases were not treated over there. At one fell swoop, it won’t be wrong to say that many people were scared of even entering the hospitals at that time so some doctors gave online consultations and helped many patients.

Dr. Rahila Shaikh is one such doctor who was very busy during the COVID-19 pandemic, she is a Unani consultant, True Healer and a Health Coach with a pretty good experience of 12 years. She practices at Dr Rahila’s Holistic Health centre and academy at Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Kurla West, Mumbai and she did her Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) in the year 2006 from M.I.J TIBBIA UNANI Medical College, Mumbai. She has also completed specialization in various certificate courses in Naturopathy and Haemo Dialysis Technology Course.

Dr. Rahila Shaikh, the thyroid specialist is also famous for being an expert in Pulse Diagnosis and in her career of 12 years, she has not only treated thousands of patients but also shown them the way to live a medicine free happy life. Dr. Rahila Shaikh is also a member of Integrated Medical Practitioner Association Mumbai (IMPA) and has an expertise in treating patients of following diseases: Migraine, Diabetes, Allergy, thyroid, Heart diseases and blockages, all types of Gynecological issues, Asthma and all types of respiratory issues, problems related to digestion, orthopedic and pediatric plus she also does general health check up. Dr. Rahila Shaikh also manages a YouTube channel on which she shares valuable information and knowledge with her followers and plays an important role in keeping them healthy and fit.

In the times of the COVID-19 pandemic, many patients who were suffering from different diseases faced difficulties as they were not getting treated at the hospitals and there were also many who didn’t even want to visit a hospital as they were scared of catching the infection. Dr. Rahila Shaikh carried out virtual consultations with patients and their family members and advised them about the treatment. She stated that she was also contacted by some patients who were critical but didn’t want to visit hospitals despite the fact that they were suffering from acute pneumonia and other severe respiratory diseases.

Other than helping patients online, Dr. Rahila Shaikh did her best to create awareness about COVID-19 and made many people understand the importance of following safety protocols.

The efforts of Dr. Rahila Shaikh got appreciation from all the corners and recently she got honored with the Corona Warrior Award 2021 by Times Applaud, the renowned and highly esteemed global PR distribution network for the huge contribution that she made towards the society in the tough times.

We certainly need more doctors like Dr. Rahila Shaikh who are always ready to help their patients even in the most critical times.

Times Applaud honors Abhijeet Rane as Covid-19 warrior for his remarkable support to film and TV industry

0

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on Bollywood, as it did on other film industries across the world.  As cinemas and movie theaters remained closed for a long period, and film releases were indefinitely delayed, the Indian box office dropped by billions of dollars.  Many blockbusters initially due to be released since mid-March 2020 were postponed or canceled, with film productions also halted. The people who work as junior artists or behind the scenes in the film and TV industry were affected the worst by all this. During these difficult times a major union of Indian film and television industry workers,  Dhadak All Film Kamgar Sangathana, under the great leadership of prominent labour leader, Abhijeet Rane, strongly supported the people working in the field of films, TV serials and web series in various departments.

Abhijeet Rane has been honored by Times Applaud, a leading publisher of press release, for being a Covid-19 warrior. He has indeed been noble in providing much-needed support to the poor workers of the film and TV industry since the pandemic started.

Fulfilling the basic need for food, especially of the poor and needy, became a major concern during the lockdown period after the pandemic started.  Dhadak All Film Kamgar Sangathana, led by Abhijeet Rane, joined hands with Bollywood megastar and Star of Millennium Amitabh Bachchan, to distribute over 5 lakh grocery kits and life-saving items  to the film industry workers and to the general public, last year during the lockdown period.  Megastar Amitabh Bachchan also gave his  blessings and support to Dhadak All Film Kamgar Sangathana.

Items such as face masks, and sanitizers became key to protect ourselves and curb the pandemic after it started. The union, led by  Abhijeet Rane, also distributed face masks, sanitizers, hand wash etc.  with the help of Amitabh Bachchan, as well as Former Chief Minister of  Maharashtra Shri Devendra ji Fadnavis (Leader of Opposition in  Maharashtra Legislative Assembly), Reliance Foundation, Actor Sonu Sood,  PVR Cinemas, Carnival Cinemas, Social Worker Adv. Rubina Rizvi (Rizvi  Group).

The lockdown was suddenly declared on TV, when it started, and everything including trains was paused for a long period of time.  As the pause button was pressed on trains, workers who had come from villages got stuck in Mumbai, and they could not go to their native places. But Abhijeet Rane emerged as a savior of these workers during these difficult times.  During the lockdown, more than 20,000 migrant workers and needy individuals were coordinated with government agencies and relocated to their native places with the support of the union, which is led by Abhijeet Rane.

Dhadak All Film Kamgar Sangathana works round-the-clock for the welfare of all film fraternity  under the  leadership,  Abhijeet Rane, who is not only a prominent labour leader but  also a senior journalist.

We wish Abhijeet Rane the very best for all his future endeavors and hope that he continues to support the poor and needy workers of the film and TV industry even beyond the pandemic. www.dhadakkamgarunion.in

Meet Swati Kaushal who quit a high-paying job to become world-famous through her bestselling books

0

The demand for writing books and web content is growing. This is the inspiring story of Swati Kaushal, who is the author of four bestselling books.

Writing is a creative field that is attracting the masses. Swati Kaushal, who grew up with writing in her blood, is now the author of four bestselling books and is working on her fifth. She is a mother whose ambitions are as lofty as the sky.

When she worked in marketing, she used to come up with snappy and memorable taglines that were well received by the audience. Swati graduated from IIM Calcutta and went on to have a successful business career. Her intellect, on the other hand, was intent on altering the world one page at a time.

She worked in global brand management for several years while raising a family. But, she wanted her to leave her corporate career and travel around the world. This prompted her to start writing her first book, ‘Piece of Cake,’ on the advice of a journalist acquaintance.

She received an offer from one of the world’s most prestigious companies, but she turned it down due to her determination. Swati began to appreciate life after unloading the baggage of her business existence. Her strong desire to do something with her literary skills was accompanying her on her journey.

She recognised her current voice and demonstrated it through an important part of her career experience. Her husband’s new job required them to relocate to the United States, where they had to start over.

Swati recalls a morning when she was thinking back on an incident from her previous employment. It made people laugh, and she was encouraged to write her own book as a result.

She was scared when she initially started writing her first book, but as she went along, she gained the confidence to finish it sooner.

Swati’s passion for writing outweighed everything else in her life. She was cruising along when she received another job offer from an online tutorial in the United States, which she turned down.

She chose an uncertain path over a secure employment. Swati continues, “I was exposing myself to rejection and scorn.”

People criticised her decision, telling her she should stop wasting time writing and return to her successful job.

Swati says, her voice rising a notch, ” It was a risky move on my part. I knew if I didn’t write the book now, it would never get written.”

Swati’s book is a perfect blend of achievement and fun.  Her book’s success was a slap in the face to many who criticised her choices. Her novel ‘Piece of Cake’ has been reprinted six times and is available in three languages. The critical response to her book’s success has been deafening.

Swati is an example of a strong mother who has demonstrated how one may pursue one’s aspirations by making a single decision and putting effort into it. She advises aspiring female writers, “Write courageously and simply be yourself.”

Swati Kaushal finally says that the true reward of writing is the ‘process’ of creation, not just becoming world-famous for bestselling books.

Mahesh Jogani got honored with Covid-19 warrior Award by Times Applaud for rendering exemplary service to mankind during the pandemic

0

Covid-19 warriors are the people who have rendered great service to humanity during the hard times of the pandemic. One such inspiring person is Mahesh Kumar Jogani.

The importance of understanding that if you want to serve God you have to serve humanity has never been felt before as much as it has been during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mahesh  Kumar Jogani, the Managing  Director of Jogani Reinforcement, has  been rendering exemplary service to mankind since start of the pandemic.

The world has suffered a lot since it was hit by the pandemic in 2020, but we should thank the One Almighty God for spreading his beneficence through men like Mahesh Kumar Jogani in these tough times.  It is because of these people, who are now called Covid-19 warriors, that the poor and needy have been able to sail through these difficult times. Mahesh Jogani has become a true Covid-19 warrior with all the contributions he has made for the poor and needy during the pandemic.

Mahesh Kumar Jogani has been serving humanity and contributing as a Corona Warrior since the lockdown was imposed after the pandemic started. The Indian government initially imposed the lockdown in March 2020 for the safety of the country’s people and to curb the pandemic .  But, when the lockdown began it was suddenly declared on television and schools and businesses were shut down immediately. Even the trains were put on a long pause, due to which the biggest problem was faced by the migrant laborers who wanted to leave Mumbai and go to their native places. Moreover, these migrant laborers didn’t even have anything to eat as even the restaurants were shut down during the lockdown.

Mahesh Kumar Jogani was deeply moved by the plight of these laborers and hence played  a key role in the food package distribution program that was started for them. He contributed a total of 980 food packages in 8 days during the program. This is a noteworthy project in which Mahesh Kumar Jogani supported migrant laborers as a Covid-19 warrior by helping to fulfill their basic need for food.

The other project in which Mahesh Kumar Jogani made a significant contribution as a Covid-19 warrior was a program in which he donated a detox device to several old age homes. India has set a world record in the Covid-19 vaccination program. But, there was no fixed cure for any person affected by the dreadful disease, for a long time after the pandemic started. Hence, the authority made suggestions like drinking ‘Kadha’ (drink made from herbs to boost immunity as well as prevent and cure diseases).

Besides being the MD of Jogani Reinforcement, Mahesh Kumar Jogani also runs Jogani Wellness that manufactures a detox device. Many practicing naturopath have appreciated the detox device, which is extremely useful in removing toxins from the body. The device is appreciated. Patients who have become free of Covid-19 can use the device to remove toxins from their bodies and cleanse themselves completely of the disease. Under Jogani Wellness’s CSR program, Mahesh Kumar Jogani donated these detox device to many old age homes for Covid-19 patients. A total of 78 Covid-19 patients were beneficiaries of this initiative. The devices were later donated permanently to the old age homes so that residents could use and benefit from the devices whenever required.  Indian public service broadcaster, Door darshan, also recognized the contribution that Jogani Wellness made by featuring it on Prime Time News for modernization of traditional Indian Wellness Therapies.

Mahesh Jogani got honored with Covid-19 warrior Award by Times Applaud for rendering exemplary service to mankind during the pandemic

As Mahesh Kumar Jogani is also a philanthropist and Rotarian, he also made several donations to different projects. He has contributed Rs.65, 000/-for the welfare of society. Mahesh Kumar Jogani has also cumulatively arranged donations to provide ‘Kaadha’ and vitamin-kits for Covid-19 patients.

Finally an important thing to remember is prevention is better than cure. And, the importance of wearing masks cannot be overstated for the prevention of Covid-19. Hence, it is noteworthy that Mahesh Kumar Jogani has also contributed 3000 masks free to the migrant laborers to shield them from the dreadful pandemic.

All these contributions made by Mahesh Kumar Jogani make him a true Covid-19 warrior, and we need more people like him in these hard times of the Covid-19 pandemic.

But that’s not all, as he is also involved in the Jogani Group activities for the welfare of the society, which are carried out by his companies Jogani Reinforcement, and Jogani Wellness.

Jogani Reinforcement  is a part of diversified business group that imports, manufactures and exports  technical textiles, engineering fibers, and reinforcement products. You need these 6 steps to succeed in life

0

There is no single surefire way to success. Find out six steps to succeed in life that can help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

You can achieve success through numerous strategies. However, your definition of success may determine the one that works best for you.

Professional success is a significant part of life, but there’s more than that you should try to achieve.

Your personal definition of success may differ. However, many people consider themselves successful if they are fulfilled, happy, loved, and healthy. It is the ability to achieve your life’s objectives, whatever they may be. What are some of the successful people’s habits?

There is no single right way to be successful, but you follow the below-given 6 steps to succeed in life:

1.  Develop a Growth Mentality

The fixed mindset and the development mindset, according to research, are the two primary mindsets that determine how people think about themselves and their talents.

Those with a fixed mindset feel that success is the result of natural abilities rather than hard work, but those who have a growth mindset, believe that they can change, grow, and learn with effort. People who believe they have the ability to grow are more likely to succeed.

People who have a growth mindset believe they have control over their lives, whereas those who have a fixed mindset believe they don’t.

2. Emotional Intelligence Enhancement

Overall intelligence has long been thought to be a key in achieving success in various aspects of life, but some experts believe emotional intelligence may be even more important.

People that are emotionally intelligent are able to understand not only their own feelings, but also the emotions of others.

3. Increase your mental toughness

Challenges are seen as opportunities by people who have this mental toughness, which is the ability to keep going and trying in the face of adversity. They also believe they have control over their own fate, are confident in their talents to accomplish, and are dedicated to completing what they begin.

4. Boost Your Self-Control

Psychologists studied a group of children who were labelled as very brilliant by their instructors in a long-term longitudinal study.

Researchers discovered that those who were eventually the most successful in life shared some essential characteristics, such as tenacity and willpower, as they compared how these people fared throughout childhood and into maturity. These traits are often a part of a person’s general personality, but they are also something you can work on.

5 Concentrate on Intrinsic Motives

What is it about you that inspires you the most? Do you think the prospect of external rewards keeps you motivated to achieve your goals, or do you think it’s the more personal, intrinsic motivators that keep you going?ss you want in life.

Extrinsic benefits such as money, honours, and recognition can be motivating, but many people find that doing things for personal gratification motivates them the most.

If you are motivated by intrinsic motives, you are doing things because you enjoy them, or find them significant.

6 Nurture Behaviors Associated with High Potential

You should have the traits of people with high potential.  Psychologists have long sought to link specific personality traits or features to success in life and business. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a popular personality test that many companies use to select job prospects. However, research frequently fails to demonstrate that the MBTI is linked to performance. According to more recent study, certain characteristics are consistently linked to success.

Try to follow all the above-given steps to succeed in life, as there is no single answer for how to be successful in life. You may find that by cultivating and fostering these qualities, you are better able to achieve your goals and achieve the success you desire in life.

0

The Indian women are writing success stories in various fields whether it is business, technology, education, entertainment, etc. and one of them is Ssuhani Sinalkar who is an eduprenuer, an edtech contributor and recipient of Women Iconza Awards 2021.

Ssuhani is the Managing Director of SOHAMIIT & NEET Classes, Mumbai, and is also a Managing Partner with Edventure Coaches LLP, a reputed company that is famous for providing coaching and private tuitions.

Ssuhani Sinalkar was a very bright student from her school days and she used to top in the examinations but she had to face many problems while completing her higher education. However, she got the chance to work for a local tuition firm after she completed her management degree and edtech wasn’t much famous at that time. She was not experienced but because of her go-getter attitude, she managed to bring together some students who were very focused in making a good career, Ssuhani made these students and their parents understand the importance of edtech and how it can help them in achieving success in life by making a great career. Her hard work started showing results soon and it was better than what she expected which prompted her to come up with an annual plan in order to set a benchmark for growth of students.

Ssuhani Sinalkar set up SOHAMIIT & NEET Classes as she wanted to reduce the gap between being educated and being able to make bright future and for this purpose, she ensured that no compromise is made in terms of infrastructure and quality of the faculty. In addition, she also adopted few methodologies such as having doubt sessions, encouraging students to ask queries, one-on-one counseling, progress analysis, etc.

Needless to say, growth is very necessary for a business but for Ssuhani Sinalkar, enhancement in the skills and knowledge of students were the topmost priority. Students are allowed to get in touch with her even for small problems and she also meets parents and guardians on a regular basis for clearing their doubts, if any, as well as for finding out what they expect from her and SOHAMIIT & NEET Classes. Managing an institute is certainly a very difficult task but Ssuhani’s experience of a decade in this field along with her focus and commitment towards her work has helped her a lot in achieving excellence and she has also received many awards and recognitions for her contribution towards edtech.

She has been awarded thrice with the Best Excellence award for Business Management with International School and fourth time also she is a front runner. This definitely speaks very highly of her capability and the contribution that she is making to help her students achieve success. Ssuhani Sinalkar also got honored with the Women Iconza Awards 2021 for being the Iconic Leader in edtech.

Recently, Ssuhani Sinalkar added one more feather to her cap as the highly esteemed and very famous global press release distribution network Times Applaud honoured her with the Corona Warrior Award 2021 for the outstanding contribution that she made towards the society in the critical times. The COVID-19 pandemic was undoubtedly the toughest time of our lives but Ssuhani Sinalkar was in no mood to let the studies of her students get affected so she arranged online classes even if someone’s parents were not able to pay fees. In these critical times, Ssuhani also helped the poor and needy by distributing masks, sanitizers, medicines, ration kits, etc. and tried her best to make their lives easy. What makes us call Ssuhani a good human being is the fact that she kept on paying salaries to her teachers and other staff members despite the fact that her earnings dipped considerably.

The presence of dynamic and committed people in the field of education makes us believe that the future of this country is in safe and intelligent hands. www.sohamiit.com

The Holistic Living is Revolutionizing health and wellness through Online Counselling, Coaching & Therapy

0

Human life has always had its fair share of stressors and struggles, and feelings such as anxiety, fear or depression have existed in humanity for years, unacknowledged.

The Holistic Living® is India’s premier community wellness platform, which brings those wellness Experts and Therapists Online to help individuals get rid of those Stress, Anxiety, Loneliness and Depression Issues.

The Holistic Living® enables a person to connect online with Wellness Experts – Coaches, Counselors, Psychologists, Therapists, Healer or other lifestyle consultants to get expert guidance across any of their Life Issues – Mental, Emotional, Relationship, Diet & Nutrition, Career & Self Help, Financial or even on issues related to Social Lifestyle.

Mental and emotional wellness has become an important conversation in the recent times, and is gaining momentum, even in India, where mental health has so far largely been considered a taboo subject. With the growing sentiments of sensitivity and inclusion, there is also focus being brought to emotional health in addition to mental health. Mindsets and attitudes worldwide as shifting towards holistic wellness – encompassing all aspects of one’s personal health.

Now, mental & emotional health is considered equally if not even more important than physical health. The holistic approach encompasses these aspects of health, but would also include other factors that have a direct effect on us, like our home/family life, intimate relationships, financial security, our career and even our overall lifestyle – the way we talk, dress and behave. All of these factors have a direct or indirect effect on our mental health which in turn affects our thoughts and actions.

Thirty years ago, it was considered normal, and expected even, to be hazed in high school or college, but now, anti-bullying is one of the most prominent mental health movements, globally. Even within the home, for that matter, since times immemorial, physical punishment as a tool of discipline has always been the go-to for parents. But now, with growing research in the area of parenting & child development, and strengthening conversations about child rights, corporal punishment is considered absolutely detrimental, rather than effective.

Now we know that these practices have an adverse effect on children’s’ cognitive and emotional development. Children who have negative and traumatic experiences in their childhood are likely to develop feelings of fear, anxiety and distrust in the future.

Probably the most prominent of these additional wellness dimensions is the interpersonal relationships we have with those around us. Whether it is our family, friends or romantic partner, the nature and status of these relationships have a direct impact on our personal wellness. In the modern day, where family disputes, parenting troubles and most of all separation and divorce are skyrocketing, feelings like stress, anxiety or fear can be both the cause of these issues as well as the outcome.

Other factors that have a direct effect on our personal wellbeing are our career choices, our financial situation and last but not least, our spiritual life. Our spiritual life, which is in some way tethered to all these other wellness dimensions, also plays a key role in our overall wellness. Spirituality encompasses our beliefs about the world we live in. Whether we are religious or non-religious, the beliefs we hold about the nature of the universe, energy, divine power and the meaning of life are connected to our attitudes, feelings, choices & the decisions we take.

Career struggles or dissatisfaction can have an adverse effect on our mental health – it can cause frustration, depression and feelings of hopelessness which can then lead to low self-esteem and confidence. Similarly, lack of financial security, which comes with a lot of uncertainty about the future, can cause fear & anxiety. So you see, all these dimensions of our lives are interconnected and collectively play a role in our mental, emotional and physical wellness.

The people who are facing problems related to mental health often show symptoms such as mood swings, fatigue, insomnia or excessive sleeping, under-eating or over-eating and increase in the consumption of alcohol or drugs.

The holistic approach in dealing with all such health issues is certainly the best way of helping a person by using those alternative therapies to address the core challenges in a prompt manner. A holistic approach considers all the dimensions of a person’s well-being including mental, social, emotional, physical, occupational, financial, and spiritual wellbeing.

Though the perspective of society has changed to a great extent towards the people suffering from health issues that are not strictly physical, many people still are not able to come out in open and accept their problems due to the societal stigma attached with such issues. The fear of judgement people feel when acknowledging these issues is the first and largest barrier between them and their personal wellness. This is the barrier we aim to break at The Holistic Living, by creating online access to experts across different areas of wellness, so that individuals can seek the support they need right from the privacy and comfort of their own homes.

In the times when a huge number of individuals, especially the youngsters, are facing mental and emotional health issues such as stress, depression and anxiety, the online platform The Holistic Living is no less than a boon for Individuals across the globe. AmritPal Singh became millionaire in 9 months by selling NFTs

0

AmritPal Singh has become a millionaire within a year. He did so by selling nonfungible tokens, or NFTs, of his artwork, called Toy Faces.

In around nine months, AmritPal Singh, a designer and illustrator, earned almost $1 million by selling 57 nonfungible tokens (NFTs) of his artwork. Despite working as a designer and illustrator for nearly nine years, Singh only received his first NFT in February.

Singh claims he made it after a buddy suggested that one of his previous creations, Toy Faces, would work well as NFTs. He continues, “I got a few bids right away.”

In addition to commissions, Singh, who is based in New Delhi, India, went on to sell more NFTs of his Toy Faces on marketplaces like as Foundation and SuperRare.

Toy Faces are 3-D cartoon portraits of various individuals and figures, such as Malala Yousafzai, Steve Jobs, and Frida Kahlo. They’re also non-generative, which means Singh has to design each one individually.

He claims that “the most of them are inspired by persons who have inspired me.”

Despite pricing variations, each of the Toy Faces NFTs sold for at least one ether, which is around $4,706 at current prices.

In addition to Toy Faces, Singh created and distributed Toy Rooms, a collection of 3-D images showing various rooms, such as a cave from Disney’s “Aladdin,” a hobbit’s study from “The Lord of the Rings,” and the living room from “The Simpsons.”

Nitin Gadkari has stressed on the use of green technology in vehicles and agri-tech. He also plans to make flex-fuel engines mandatory in the days to come.

Nitin Gadkari, the Transport Minister of India, has emphasized the usage of ethanol in automobiles as a cost-effective and pollution-free alternative to other fuels on Thursday.

In the coming days, he continued, engines that run on flex-fuel would be made necessary.

Gadkari referenced a Russian technology that can equalise the calorific value of gasoline and ethanol while speaking at a Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank event here.

If this happens, all petrol stations in western Maharashtra, which is a large sugarcane belt, could be replaced by ethanol pumps, according to the road transport and roads minister.

The minister encouraged the state administration to allow 100% ethanol auto-rickshaws in western Maharashtra, pointing out that there are currently three ethanol pumps in Pune.

In particular, as part of its goal to attain 20% doping by 2025, the national government increased the price of ethanol extracted from sugarcane for blending in petrol by much to Rs 1.47 per litre for the 2021-22 marketing year beginning in December. Increased ethanol blends in gasoline will help India reduce its oil import cost while also benefiting sugarcane farmers and sugar mills.

Gadkari spoke about his recent meeting with representatives from Kirloskar and Toyotai, saying, “They have prepared cars with flex (flexible) engines.” The term “flex engine” refers to a vehicle that runs entirely on gasoline or ethanol. This is based on Euro 6 standards. I will make flex engines compulsory.”

He spoke in a lighter vein when he said, “Don’t make use of petrol. You don’t have to stage protests over rising fuel prices. Ethanol would be available at the price of Rs 62 and it will be an import alternative, cost-effective, and pollution-free. Fuel costs have risen dramatically in recent months, eliciting a strong response from the opposition parties.”

Gadkari emphasised the need of green technology in automobiles, stating that he will be driving a green hydrogen car in Delhi.

He went on to say that if the cooperative sector adopts green hydrogen technology before the corporate sector, the latter will profit.
