First Ever Players In The Cricket World Who Played for India And Pakistan Test Matches

0

India and Pakistan Rivalry in cricket has happened since decade but the ice breaking truth happened in the cricket world let us know who is the man behind this miracle.

During the partition People of one country parted into two other countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh. India entered in cricket through test match in 1932.
later, after few years new nation was born that is Pakistan in 1952. when Pakistan entered in cricket world they knew the oldest form of game.

Not only political but there were also border tensions.During the war in Kargil, India and Pakistan were facing off in the 1999 World Cup. But India won both the war, and world cup too.

Muslim families crossed over to Pakistan but Muslim players also represented India. After 5 years when Pakistan entered Test matches some of them would turn up to play for their new country. We have found those men who have had distinction of representing both India and Pakistan at Test level. they are

  1. Gul Mohammad, he played 8 Tests for India. He was a great fielder and also a kabaddi player also a swimmer. After partition he settled in Pakistan. He played his last appearance game in
  2. It was the only match he played for Pakistan. he finally called time on his career in 1959.
  3. Abdul Kardar made his debut in India 1946. He was a future talent and played well for our country. But Politics strategies had diffrent plans
so he shifted allegiances. In 1952 he became Pakistan’s first Test captain and played against India. Interestingly Gul was playing in the Indian side. He was a superb batsman.
  4. Amir Elahi was a terrific leg break bowler for Indian team in 1947. He would play 5 more Tests with Pakistan. Imagine if partition did not happen then all these guys could have played for India. One could wonder how it would have been to have Imran Khan and Kapil Dev playing together or maybe Wasim Akram and Sachin Tendulkar.

GaiaQ Attempts an Intriguing Diversification Initiative

0

A pioneering player in the highly specialised field of content creation, GaiaQ, was founded in 2016 by Aakshey Talwar, a maverick marketing entrepreneur. The firm is an integral part of the Gaia Group of Companies, which also includes Weaving Thoughts, Gaia, Gaia Media, and Gaia Internet – each a part of Aakshey’s growing business empire. Collectively, the group strives to provide strategic marketing solutions to help clients create and leverage business opportunities and counter or resolve business challenges – with particular emphasis in the digital marketing domain.

GaiaQ boasts of a portfolio of eminent clients including Mobikwik, Hyatt, UpGrad, JLL, Zerodha, Vedantu, Cremica, and more. Having established a leadership position within the content creation space, Aakshey and his management team were keen to tap into GaiaQ’s substantial equity and goodwill, to help the company grow and diversify. A brief foray into full-stack digital marketing services, led to some confusion on the roles of other group entities and was promptly aborted.

In mid-2022, Aakshey stepped back to take stock, and was struck by two key insights:
1. That GaiaQ could access more clients demanding digital marketing solutions than it could handle.
2. That GaiaQ had collaborated, and built strong relationships with several digital marketing agencies who were struggling to acquire clients.

It takes the mind of a serial entrepreneur like Aakshey’s to turn these loosely connected insights into a coherent, actionable business opportunity. What if GaiaQ, in addition to its content creation services, were to introduce Digital Marketing Concierge Services? In other words:
(a) Partner with a range of quality digital marketing firms
(b) Net new clients and understand their digital marketing requirements
(c) Match them up with agencies who have the capabilities to fulfil their expectations
(d) Get them to work together

The client pays nothing over and above what the partner agency charges for services rendered. GaiaQ earns a nominal commission from the partner agency, effectively turning a dormant revenue stream into an active one. It’s a potential win-win-win scenario, but we shall wait to see how things transpire.

Meanwhile a word on the Founder

Aakshey Talwar launched his first start-up – Weaving Thoughts – as a teen-ager, barely out of high-school. Since then, he has launched several more companies. He is known to keep his operations lean and mean. This allows him to deliver quality work at a reasonable cost – a dream value-for-money equation that attracts new prospects, even while existing clients keep coming back for more.

Suffice it to say that occupationally and financially, the man is sorted – with or without GaiaQ Digital Marketing Concierge Services. But there’s a lot more to Aakshey Talwar than just being a serial entrepreneur. His hobbies and interests are as deep as they are varied.

He is a serious Audiophile and the founding member of Audiophilia, the world’s largest WhatsApp group of Audiophiles – including some of the world’s most renowned and influential experts on the quality and fidelity of sound reproduction. Aakshey has also been a lifelong gizmo freak, an Apple enthusiast and collector, a music buff and a die-hard foodie.

Of late, Aakshey has immersed himself in the study of traditional South Indian Parashara Astrology, under the tutelage of his Bengaluru-based Guru, Pandit Narahari Katti. He has also been focusing on his culinary skills and is approaching near-legendary status as a home chef – at least within his immediate social circle. www.gaiaq.com

ISRO launch unmanned lunar exploration project Chandrayaan-3

0

ISRO is launching an unmanned lunar exploration project, Chandrayaan-3. Among its mission objectives is conducting in-situ scientific experiments.

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has announced it will launch the much-awaited third edition of its lunar mission, Chandrayaan-3, in the target launch window that spans  between July 12 and 19.

ISRO chairman S Somanath said they are making the final preparations. It will be finished  by this month’s end. ISRO will use the rocket, LVM-3, whose assembly is going on. Every  part required to assemble has arrived in Sriharikota.

The unmanned lunar exploration project comes after Chandrayaan-2, which failed to placea rover on the moon. The forthcoming launch would show end-to-end competence in safe lunar landing and exploration.

According to ISRO, the Chandrayaan-3 has three mission objectives.

1) The demonstration of a soft and secure landing on the lunar surface;

2) The demonstration of Rover roving on the moon

3) Conducting  in-situ scientific experiments.

During Chandrayaan-2’s attempt to land on 7th September, 2019, it hit a hurdle. In the descent stage, the link with the lander was lost after the Vikram lander that carried the Pragyan rover moved away from its original course.

The orbiter portion of Chandrayaan-2, which is still operational, continues to orbit the moon and gather critical scientific data notwithstanding the unforeseen conclusion. The project marked a turning point in India’s ambitions to explore space, showcasing its technological capability and paving the path for further lunar explorations.

The landing legs of Chandrayaan-3, which will be mounted atop the GSLV-Mk3 launcher, have been reinforced and it can carry more fuel. It features larger solar panels and additional sensors embedded in it to create more energy. Additionally, it features a recently created “Laser Doppler VelociMeter” equipment to gauge its velocity.

The ISRO Chairman stated, “We have also altered its algorithm and included new software to enable Chandrayaan land in another place if there is any malfunction at the designated spot. It should be emphasized that Chandrayaan-2 is said to have crashed because of a software error rather than one of its components failing mechanically.

The propulsion module, according to ISRO, will move the lander and rover combination to a 100 kilometer lunar orbit. The Spectropolarimetry of Habitable Planet Earth (SHAPE) payload is also part of this module, and it will analyze Earth’s spectral and polarimetric observations from the lunar orbit.

Hypnic jerk: All you need to know about jerking in your sleep

Hypnic jerk are caused by malfunctioning neurons in the reticular brainstem, which can be caused by too much coffee, strenuous activity, mental stress, and poor sleep. Find out more information on jerking in your sleep.

Experiencing a jerk while you are  sleeping is a common issue that many individuals face. Sometimes, people’s fear of this thing keeps them from falling asleep. However, have you ever questioned why jerks in sleep or hypnic jerk happens.

Jerking in your sleep

Jerking in your sleep is the word used in medicine to describe hypnic jerks. The same region of your brain that regulates your startle response is where these hypnic jerks originate. Sometimes, as you snooze, neurons in the reticular brainstem malfunction, triggering a reaction that results in the jolts and hypnic jerks you experience.

Why do hypnic jerks occur?

Your muscles are entirely relaxed while you sleep. Although your muscles are twitching naturally as you fall asleep, your brain wrongly thinks you are truly falling and responds by twitching them.
Your brain frequently checks to see if you are still alive when your heart rate is low. In this instance, he sends this communication, which causes the body to jolt awake.
It can also be brought on by too much coffee, strenuous activity, mental stress, and poor sleep.

Don’t disregard these things, then. Exercise, lower your stress levels, and attempt to prevent this issue. So, look after all of these things and maintain your health.

Barmy Army Teases Steve Smith By Reminding Him Of Sandpapergate

0

The first test match of the Ashes series 2023 is in a very interesting phase as Australia needs 174 runs to win and it still has 7 wickets in hand with complete one day remaining of the match. Though Australia has lost three important wickets of David Warner (36 runs), Marnus Labuschagne (13 runs) and Steve Smith (6 runs), Usman Khawaja is still on the crease and they have batting deep down in their line-up.

There is no denying the fact that Steve Smith was an important wicket and Barmy Army, the supporting group of the English cricket team, is leaving no stone unturned in making him lose his confidence as the English supporters were seen teasing him by reminding him of Sandpapergate which happened in South Africa.

Steve Smith was the skipper of the team at that time (2018) when this incident happened and he took all the responsibility of whatever was done in order to tamper the ball. While apologizing for his misdeeds on television, Steve Smith cried profusely and Barmy Army tried to recall him those times by singing, “Steve Smith – We saw you cry on telly”.

Well, that is quite rude of Barmy Army, isn’t it?

M I Siddiqui built a multi-million business with Rs. 5,000 loan after a trip to Dharavi

0

M I Siddiqui, a multi-millionaire from Muzaffarnagar, Bihar, started Cosmus, a bag manufacturing company, with a loan of 5,000 rupees from friends. In four years, his business grew from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 25 lakh.

M I Siddiqui, from Muzaffarnagar, Bihar, went to Mumbai with his 19-year-old cousin to study computer hardware. He joined the course after becoming intrigued during the trip. Siddiqui eventually became a multi-millionaire bag manufacturer. Friends loaned him 5,000 rupees to start his company, called Cosmus. The business has grown Cosmus into a 35-crore-rupee company since then.

M I Siddiqui had trouble finding work in the business sector since employers required a specific dress code and presentation abilities. Siddiqui’s friend. Azad, who ran a printing company in Dharavi, volunteered to assist him n starting a business.

To establish the firm, Siddiqui called his father and asked for Rs 5 lakh, but his father declined. Siddiqui had no choice but to ask his buddy for a loan of the money. After spending Rs 30,000 on three sewing machines and raw materials, they were able to secure a contract for 300 bags.

When his debt balance reached Rs 28,000.00, Siddiqui made the decision to keep running his firm. He persuaded the landlord to prolong the rent of the manufacturing unit for an additional three months by making a promise to Azad that he would pay back the money in the future months. Then, using three machines, two craftsmen, and no prior manufacturing experience, he borrowed Rs 5,000 to launch Cosmus, a bag manufacturing company.

M I Siddiqui used Google to look for possible customers and then tracked them down to obtain orders. By providing Orange, a mobile phone carrier, with an estimate that was Rs 40 cheaper than the competition’s, he was able to secure the first contract. He clarified that he had a slim profit margin.

Siddiqui built a reputation in business and began exploring opportunities in retail. He requested Irfan, his younger brother, to work with him to open a shop business worth Rs. 4 lakh. Siddiqui narrowed his attention to the corporate market and simplified his firm when his investment became stalled.

Siddiqui’s buddy Riyaz resigned his job in 2008 and sought his assistance. Siddiqui handled corporate orders while Riyaz explored the retail sector. The product selection and the caliber of the bags also increased with time. In 2010, Siddiqui also began selling his goods online. The 41-year-old entrepreneur Siddiqui Siddiqui has been able to hire more than a dozen artisans and produce hundreds of bags each day.

He grew the workforce to over a dozen craftsmen and produced hundreds of bags every day to fulfill the needs of online purchases. Because he had no marketing funding, he set the price of the bags with no profit margins. In four years, his sales went from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 25 lakh. His earnings climbed as the corporate, retail, and internet portions of the firm expanded. Siddiqui was able to purchase an apartment in Bandra and recruit around 150 workers, and Cosmus currently operates a five-floor facility in Dharavi.

According to brand manager Vijish Kurup, all bags go through 40 inspections before they are sold. M I Siddiqui is of the opinion that anyone can succeed in any subject if they put their heart and soul into it. In India, there are many chances in every field, and if one works hard, they may always surpass their expectations. He has grown his business from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 25 lakh in four years, demonstrating that anyone can succeed if they work hard.

Najam Sethi’s Withdrawal Announcement From PCB Chief Race Creates A Storm

0

“Such instability and uncertainty is not good….” says Najam Sethi

The current chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, Najam Sethi has created quite a stir as he made an announcement regarding his withdrawal from the race of becoming the next chairman of the cricket board. Last year in December, Najam Sethi was appointed as the head of the interim management committee of PCB after removing Ramiz Raja from the post of the PCB chairman.

Though Najam Sethi was expected to become the next chairman of PCB, today he took to Twitter and posted, “Salaam everyone! I don’t want to be a bone of contention between Asif Zardari and Shehbaz Sharif. Such instability and uncertainty is not good for PCB. Under the circumstances I am not a candidate for Chairmanship of PCB. Good luck to all stakeholders.”

With this announcement, Zaka Ashraf, the former PCB chairman is all set to become the next chairman of PCB.

Usually, the chief of PCB is appointed by the recommendation of the Pakistani Prime Minister and as Najam Sethi is quite close to PM Shehbaz Sharif, he (Sethi) was all set to be the new PCB chief but the partner in current coalition government, Pakistan People’s Party feels that if they are taking care of sports sector in Pakistan, then their person should be the chairman of PCB.

Najam Sethi has clearly expressed his disappointment by writing, “Such instability and uncertainty is not good for PCB”. What do you think of this issue?
