Clove Oil to Neem Toothpaste: Effective remedies for toothache

Toothache can be uncomfortable and disruptive, so it’s essential to see a dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Anjana Satyajit suggests several home remedies to alleviate toothache temporarily.

According to Dr. Anjana Satyajit, Head-Dentistry at Artemis Hospital, Gurugram., home remedies, including clove oil, can relieve toothache. Consider the following effective remedies for toothache:

Clove oil contains eugenol, a natural anesthetic and antibacterial that can relieve dental pain and inflammation. Before applying clove oil to the damaged tooth or gums, soak a cotton ball or swab in the oil and squeeze away the excess. Dilute clove oil with olive oil and gently massage it on the sore area.

Saltwater Rinse: Simple but efficient toothache home treatment. Saltwater kills bacteria, reduces inflammation, and speeds recovery. Use a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water to make a saltwater rinse. Swish it in your mouth for 30 seconds before spitting it out. This can be done numerous times a day to relieve pain.

Ice Pack: Applying an ice pack or cold compress to the face outside the hurting tooth might numb and minimize swelling. Hold a couple ice cubes in a thin cloth or towel against the afflicted area for 15-20 minutes. Take breaks to avoid ice burn.

Peppermint Tea: Natural numbing effects relieve toothache. Make a cup of peppermint tea, let it cool, and swirl it in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. You can also apply a used tea bag to the hurting tooth.

Garlic Paste: Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory garlic can relieve toothache and infection. Apply a garlic paste to the impacted tooth or gums after crushing a clove. For a few minutes, leave it on and then rinse your mouth with water. If necessary, repeat multiple times a day.

Over-the-Counter Pain Relievers: Ibuprofen and acetaminophen help temporarily relieve toothache and inflammation. Avoid exceeding the suggested dose by following the label instructions. Before taking any drug, especially if you have a health problem or are on other medications, check a doctor.

Neem Toothpaste: Due to its oral health benefits, neem toothpaste has become popular. For better dental health and pain prevention, use a toothpaste like Neem Active instead of Pepsodent and Colgate.

Conclusion

Ignoring a toothache or not treating it on time can result in more serious dental issues and complications. See a dentist for correct diagnosis and treatment of toothache, which can be uncomfortable and disruptive. Dr. Anjana Satyajit recommends clove oil, saltwater rinses, ice packs, peppermint tea, garlic paste, NSAIDs, and neem toothpaste for toothache relief. Actress Niharica Raizada: One is loved because one is loved.

Actress Niharica Raizada, love is more to do with how happy and fulfilled someone, who is dear to us, is, rather than them being an active part of our lives. She says that possessing someone is not her idea of loving them.

“Love, for me, is an unconditional feeling of happiness and fulfilment. Seeing happiness in the lives of those I adore is what love means to me. I am someone who does not believe in possessing someone, or just being with someone, just because I love them. Even if they are not an active part of my life, but they are content where they are, that is enough for me,” she says.

Valentine’s Day is a day to celebrate with your loved ones, be it your family, friends or anyone special who is close to your heart. She adds that love changes as we grow in life. “Love changes and grows, and so does your relationship with your significant other. The idea of celebration of love is very beautiful and we should do it more often than not, because life is nothing without love,” she says.

She adds, “Love is fun, and we should always have that zeal, passion, fun, and something that gives us excitement in our lives. My learning is: love is about letting go, love is about detachment. Love is about not getting attached to something or someone emotionally. When we do try and control the one we love, the situation aggravates, when we let go it gravitates towards us, stronger and firmer.”

Mobile one-time passwords (OTPs) may be replaced with new technologies in India to curb digital scams. The RBI aims to replace SMS-based OTP transactions with smartphone authentication apps or biometric sensors. This move is meant to balance user security with accessibility.

Mobile one-time passwords (OTPs) may be replaced with new technologies in India to curb digital scams. Fraudsters exploit OTPs for digital payment verification. The RBI wants to prevent SIM switching and device surveillance by using authentication software or biometric sensors on cellphones.

To improve security and payment control, the RBI will remove SMS-based OTP transactions. This would hinder hackers’ security bypasses.

X (previously Twitter) and others have migrated from SMS-based verification to authentication applications for security. The RBI may use MPIN like UPI payments to address security concerns.
Transitioning from OTPs to authentication applications is difficult, especially for feature phone users without app support. The RBI must provide accessibility for all consumers, not only smartphone users.
What’s next?

Although the timetable and execution details are unknown, a security change is needed. The RBI seeks a solution that balances user security and accessibility.

Due to regulatory violations, RBI has ordered Paytm Payments Bank to suspend taking new deposits or top-ups in client accounts, wallets, and FASTags after February 29.

According to a recent study, PhonePe, Google Pay, and NPCI’s BHIM app saw a boost in Google Play downloads after the RBI’s directive.

Sikandar Raza Calls IPL The Best & Much Better Than PSL, Reveals The Reason

0

There are many T20 league contests taking place in the world nowadays and some of them have become quite popular as well such as PSL, Lanka Premier League, Big Bash League, etc. but there is no denying the fact that India’s IPL stands apart from all other leagues.

A lot has been said and discussed in regard to comparison between IPL and other leagues especially PSL and recently, the veteran Zimbabwe cricketer who plays for Punjab Kings in IPL has shed his opinion in this regard.

Sikandar Raza, the cricketer who also plays in PSL stated in an interview, “I just think that the availability of all the players for one tournament makes IPL really special. In most of the matches we play, the crowd comes and supports their teams. That’s something that’s really different in IPL. The only other league when it comes to crowds that comes close to IPL is PSL. So, I think IPL definitely stands out with a couple of factors, yes.”

He further said, “IPL is by far the best league when it comes to PSL also. Like, it is much better than PSL. That’s what I’m trying to say. Yeah, I’m not a big fan of comparisons. But yes, it is. I think IPL is the biggest league on the planet.”

Sikandar Raza also showed his gratitude towards Punjab Kings for showing faith in him, he said, “IPL is such a big and global event that I am very grateful and blessed that Punjab picked me. And I don’t think I can ever repay their faith. I mean, they were the only team that raised the baton on the auction day. So, if they hadn’t done that, I don’t think I would have been part of IPL last year, let alone this year. So, no, man. Being part of the IPL is a wonderful experience. And I am very grateful and humbled by the fact that Punjab has picked me.”

Well, he is not the first one to call IPL the best but it must have hurt PSL fans.
