The beautiful actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set for the release of her next movie, Crew in which she is working with Tabu and Kriti Sanon. The film has been directed by Rajesh A Krishnan and it will release on 29 March 2024.
Kareena Kapoor Khan made her Bollywood debut with Refugee which released in 2000 and it was also the debut movie of Abhishek Bachchan. Kareena and Abhishek were close to each other at that time because Abhishek and Kareena’s elder sister Karisma were engaged for some time and they both were set to get married but things didn’t go as expected.
Refugee was directed by JP Dutta and Kareena also won the Filmfare Award for the Best Female Debut for this movie. In an old interview which Kareena gave just one month before the release of Refugee, Kareena talked about her debut with Abhishek and she also made an interesting remark about Abhishek’s father Amitabh Bachchan.
Kareena said, “As an actor, he is better, at least I find him a thousandfold better… His father (Amitabh Bachchan) was the best, but he is going to be better than the best. I am sure about it. As a person, he is wonderful, he is one of my closest friends.”
Abhishek Bachchan has certainly given some really good performances but calling him better than his father can be controversial, what do you say?
