MS Dhoni, the legendary Indian wicketkeeper-batter has given up the captaincy of his IPL team CSK and with this, an era comes to an end as he has led the team from the inaugural edition of 2008. In the IPL 2022, for a brief period of time, Ravindra Jadeja led the team but after a series of defeats, the management requested MS Dhoni to be in charge again and he agreed to it. However, this time, it seems that it is the final decision by MS Dhoni and now Ruturaj Gaikwad will lead the team irrespective of how the team fares in the IPL 2024.
MS Dhoni is one of the coolest cricketers we have seen on the field but there are times when even Captain Cool loses his nerves and gets angry.
Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput who played MS Dhoni in the cricketer’s biopic once revealed that he saw MS Dhoni losing his cool.
During a press conference, Sushant Singh Rajput stated, “For the first time, I have seen Dhoni losing his cool. First two to three days I asked him some questions and he answered them calmly. Then he said you ask a lot of questions, let me come back. I was just asking him one question in different ways again and again.”
MS Dhoni also told as to why he was feeling a little awkward, “He (Sushant) used to ask one question repeatedly and if he gets a similar answer then he used to believe that I am being honest and then he used to go to the next question. It was a bit awkward initially to speak about yourself. After 15 mins you get bored talking about yourself and I was like I need a break, I am going.”
