Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is slated to be released later this week as a follow-up to last year’s Xiaomi Mix Flip. Xiaomi has shared fresh teasers of the look and features of its upcoming clamshell foldable on social media ahead of the official announcement. It has been verified that the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 will include a 6.86-inch internal display and a 4.01-inch cover screen. A Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU and a 5,165mAh battery will be included. Additionally, the Mix Flip 2 has been benchmarked on the Geekbench website.
The Mix Flip 2 will be available in at least four colour colour variations, according to Xiaomi’s latest Weibo teasers: black, gold, green, and purple. The marketing names of these hues have not yet been disclosed. The phone’s design language is comparable to that of its predecessor. A 4.01-inch cover display with a maximum brightness of 3,200 nits is hinted at. According to Xiaomi, the cover screen will support over 500 apps. Additionally, a 6.86-inch primary display will be included.
A Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset will be found within the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2. A 5,165mAh battery with 50W wireless charging is hinted at, which would be an improvement above the Mix Flip’s 4,780mAh battery. It has been verified that the foldable has a metal mid-frame.
It has been hinted that the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 will have a redesigned hinge that can survive over two million folds. When folded, its thickness will be 7.57 mm, and its weight will be 199 grams. The phone will include a dual rear camera set bearing the Leica brand for optics.

In the meantime, the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2—model number 2505APX7BC—was featured on Geekbench. The phone features 10.86GB of RAM and runs on the Android 15 operating system, according to the listing. In single-core testing, it appears to have received 3,099 points, but in multi-core testing, it received 9,583 points.
A Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset is indicated for the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2. There are two CPU cores capped at 4.32GHz and six cores capped at 3.53GHz in the octa-core processor.
On June 26, Xiaomi will launch the Mix Flip 2 in China. At the same launch event, it was also confirmed that the Redmi K80 Ultra, Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro, Redmi K Pad, and Xiaomi YU7 would be unveiled.
