You can now hide Blue checkmark on Twitter if you are a paid user

For its premium customers, X Corp, formerly known as Twitter, has added a new feature to the Blue service that enables them to hide their verification checkmarks on the website. The firm, which is run by Elon Musk, announced an upgrade in which it said that premium customers now have the option to hide the checkmarks on their profiles and postings. The checkmark may still be visible in some locations, though, and some features may make the user’s current membership status visible.

During the checkmark’s concealment, several functionalities can stop working. Users are given the company’s word that this functionality will be improved on a continuing basis to improve user experience. Users may access the checkmark hiding option by going to the “Profile customization” section of their account settings.

In April of this year, Twitter got rid of legacy checkmarks. Later on, they offered the Blue checkmark to influencer and celebrity accounts at no charge. Paid members now have the choice to manage the visibility of their verification marks thanks to the Blue service.

Direct messaging (DMs) for unverified accounts has also undergone adjustments as part of X Corp’s endeavor to reduce spam on the site. There are now daily limitations on the amount of DMs that unverified accounts can send. A Twitter user must purchase Twitter Blue in order to get limitless DMs.

Musk just launched an advertisements revenue scheme for creators globally, including in India, to promote them and provide prospects for income.

Users must have at least 500 followers, a Twitter Blue membership (formerly known as Twitter Blue), at least 15 million impressions on their combined posts over the past three months, and be qualified to earn money through this program.
