Crimes against women, especially young minor girls, is a matter of concern and what makes it worse is the fact that these crimes are taking place at a very high rate. Just recently we informed you about a horrific incident that took place in Kanpur Dehat in which a 5 years old girl was raped by a 7 years old boy and now a 6-yr girl has been s*xually assaulted by an 18-yr boy.
The incident took place in Vakola, western part of Mumbai when the girl was going to toilet, the accused stopped her and inserted fingers in her private parts. The girl told her parents about the incident after which they filed a police complaint.
The police official told, “The 18-year-old accused allegedly inserted his finger into her private parts. After she narrated her ordeal to her parents, a police case was filed for rape and other offences under the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.”
The police took swift action in this case, they arrested the accused who has been sent to a 4 days judicial custody.
