Chocolate Chip Blondies – Chocolate chip blondies are a comforting treat that is quick to make and can be cut to any size, which makes it perfect for potluck and outdoor get-togethers.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- i/2 cup melted Butter
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method: Preheat the oven at 350 degree F. Take a bowl and whiskmelted butter, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt separately in another bowl and then slowly stir this flour mixture in the brown sugar mixture to form a thick batter. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly and pour in a greased baking pan. Put the pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes and check with a toothpick till it comes out clean. Then, take out of the oven, let it cool and then cut into pieces before serving.
Banana Cream Pie – This banana cream pie is full of flavours and can be made in a jffy using instant pudding.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Cold milk
- 1 Pack instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 Carton whipped Topping
- 2 Medium firm Bananas
- 1 Cracker crust
Method :
Whisk pudding mix with milk in a large bowl and fold in 3 cups of whipped topping. Pour 1/3rd cups pudding mixture into pie crust. Put a layer of banana slices and pour the remaining pudding mixture. Top with left over topping and garnish with banana slices. Refrigerate and serve.
No Bake Coconut Balls
Ingredients:
- 3 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/3rd cup orange juice
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers.
Method:
Melt chocolate chips and stir in sugar, wafers, walnuts, corn syrup and orange juice. Shape into small balls and roll in additional sugar. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy.
