Today, December 30, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit the Uttar Pradesh temple city of Ayodhya in advance of the Ram Lalla Temple’s consecration ceremony. He will officially open a number of initiatives for Ayodhya that total ₹15,000 crores.

Ayodhya Airport: More than ₹1,450 crore was spent on the development of Phase 1 of this cutting-edge airport. The 6,500-square-meter airport terminal building would be ready to handle around 10 lakh passengers a year. The Terminal Building’s front is a representation of the Shri Ram Mandir of Ayodhya’s future temple architecture. In order to meet GRIHA’s 5-star ratings, the Ayodhya Airport terminal building is also outfitted with a number of sustainable features, including an insulated roofing system, LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, fountain-filled landscaping, a water treatment plant, a sewage treatment plant, a solar power plant, and many more.

The contemporary, three-story train station building has all the amenities of today, including cloakrooms, child care rooms, food plazas, escalators, lifts, and stores for puja supplies. The station building will be a “green station building certified by IGBC” and “accessible for all.
