In a breach of protocol, the pilot of India flight Al-915 (Delhi-Dubai) reportedly made a call to a female acquaintance while in the cockpit. The call was made despite regulations prohibiting the use of personal devices during flight operations.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has deemed the incident as a security negligence and has imposed a fine. On February 27 of this year, an incident
occurred.
As per the statement released by the DGCA, the matter at hand is of utmost sensitivity pertaining to security. Following a violation of aviation regulations, the pilot in question has been found guilty and subsequently had their license suspended for a period of three months.

Air India has reportedly received a complaint from one of its operating crew members regarding this matter. According to reports, the woman had traveled to Dubai on official business for Air India. As per media reports, it has been alleged that the pilot summoned a female acquaintance to the cockpit in order to provide her with preferential treatment. Due to this, he has reportedly breached certain regulations set forth by DGCA.
A complaint has been filed against him with the DGCA. According to sources, the pilot allegedly instructed the cabin crew to provide additional pillows and alcohol during the flight. Upon being asked to exit the premises, the woman was reportedly dismissed in a manner akin to that of a subordinate.
Reports indicate that several seats in the business class section of Air India’s flight AI 915 were unoccupied. In a remarkable turn of events, the pilot requested his friend to occupy the vacant seat in question.
As the crew relayed the unfortunate news of a lack of available seats in the business class, the pilot took matters into his own hands. He summoned a friend to the cockpit and extended a warm welcome to her.
