Ali Abbas Zafar directed Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is all set to release on 10 April 2024, though the trailer has got a great response, still there are many who are asking why Katrina Kaif is not a part of this action-packed movie.
Ali Abbas Zafar and Katrina share a great bond and they have worked together in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Tiger Zinda Hai and Bharat. After the trailer of BMCM was launched, it was praised by Katrina as well and in reaction, Ali asked her to keep her dates free for the next project.
During an interview, when Ali was asked whether Katrina was the first choice for any of the female lead roles in BMCM, Ali said, “She couldn’t do our film because she was busy with something else. I just hope that she keeps her dates free for my next film.”
Talking about Katrina as an actor, Ali stated, “I feel there’s a lot of potential in her as an actor. Be it Bharat, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan or Tiger Zinda Hai, she has done some really good work with me. Every time I make a film, the first call I get is from Katrina where she complains about me not casting her. She often asks, ‘Why am I not being offered this film?’”
Let’s hope that they both come together soon for a movie.
