Karan Johar directed Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is ruling the box-office and audiences are in absolute love with the movie and its actors. The film stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles and senior actors Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi are also playing important roles in the movie.
As Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is being showered with love and affection by viewers, the producer-director Karan Johar has stated in an interview that he is thinking about the sequel of the movie. He said that though he had discussions with Ranveer and Alia about it yet nothing can be said with confirmation about it as the concept is at a very early stage.
In the movie, Ranveer Singh plays the character of a typical Delhi Punjabi munda and Alia Bhatt is the well-educated, sophisticated Bengali girl. They both need to convince their families for their marriage which is a pretty difficult task.
Talking about the possible storyline of the sequel, Karan Johar feels that both Alia and Ranveer have gelled well with both the families and they will be living an independent life which means they won’t be living in the Randhawa mansion.
