Mark Zuckerberg is similar. META’s CEO loves Brunello Cucinelli pigeon grey T-shirts. However, the Facebook co-founder arrived in Jamnagar with a fashionable clothing for the Ambanis’ pre-wedding events. Businessman, entrepreneur, and millionaire Bill Gates, who was in Jamnagar, posed with Zuckerberg and shared it on Instagram, praising his style. Gates captioned, “You’ve always been great at dressing for the occasion, @zuck!”
Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan wore Alexander McQueen to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s cocktail party, despite his T-shirt identity. Zuckerberg wore a black Japanese wool single-breasted jacket with gold-tone jewelled Dragonfly appliqué. The jacket costs $7,000 (Rs 5.80 lakhs). He matched that with dragonfly-embroidered black slacks and shoes.
His wife wore a black Alexander McQueen evening dress with hand-drawn gold embroidery, light Colorado topaz stones, and silver crystal appliqué. The garment cost 10,700 pounds (Rs 11.23 lakhs).
Zuckerberg wore Rahul Mishra’s hand-embroidered ‘Sunderbans’ Tigress shirt on the second day of the festivities. It was worn with white trousers and loafers. However, Priscilla Chan donned a Rs 1.40 million Balmain long strappy snakeskin dress.
The duo wore Rahul Mishra again for the night. Zuckerberg looked good in a hand-embroidered bundi over a kurta and silk pants. Pricilla wore Mishra’s spring 2023 couture lehenga.
Bill Gates wore Indianwear for the night after dressing formally for the celebrations. Rohit Bal designed the billionaire’s black silk kurta, matching slacks, and embroidered sherwani jacket.
Zuckerberg and Chan’s final Indian costume was traditional. Chan looked stunning in a Rs 2.39 lakh Rahul Mishra blue embroidered transparent sari. Zuckerberg donned an off-white, gold-embroidered sherwani. He matched it with embroidered shoes.
Rihanna and Diljit Dosanjh performed during the three-day festival in Jamnagar, which drew billionaires and Bollywood stars.
