Having only Liquids and Juices in Breakfast – Some people start their day with juices, but remember that juices don’t contain any fibre which is essential for our body. Try replacing juices with whole fruits, preferably with skin, as in the case of apples. These fruits keep you satiated for a longer time and help in weight loss by preventing any sudden cravings.

Not Eating Enough Protein – Starting your day with proteins gives you energy and less hungry throughout the day. Include boiled egg, moong dal chilla or a paneer wrap in your breakfast.
