YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, has found himself at the center of a major controversy after making an inappropriate remark on fellow YouTuber Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent. Despite issuing an apology for his offensive and derogatory comment, the backlash against him continues to grow. In a significant fallout from the controversy, singer B Praak has withdrawn from an upcoming appearance on Ranveer’s podcast, openly criticizing him and labeling his remarks as “pathetic”.
Taking to Instagram, B Praak addressed the issue in a video message, where he expressed his disappointment in Hindi. He revealed that he had been scheduled to feature on BeerBiceps’ podcast but chose to cancel his participation after witnessing the nature of Ranveer’s comments. He questioned the choice of words used on Samay Raina’s show and condemned the lack of sensitivity in the discussion.
“This is not our Indian culture,” B Praak asserted. “What kind of stories are you telling about your parents? What exactly are you discussing? Is this what you call comedy? Abusing people and teaching them to do the same—I fail to understand this generation.”
Further criticizing Ranveer Allahbadia, the singer called out the contradiction in his public image. He pointed out how Ranveer often promotes Sanatan Dharma and spirituality while inviting highly respected figures, including saints, onto his podcast. Despite this, B Praak accused him of holding “shoddy” views that completely contradict the values he claims to uphold.
