Bharti Singh Wants Her Son Gola To Work In Coffee Shop Or Store, Here’s Why

Comedian Bharti Singh, now a prominent figure in Indian television, faced several challenges from a young age. At the age of 2 yrs, she lost her father, and her family plunged into extreme poverty. Bharti grew up watching her siblings work in factories and stitch blankets, while her mother took up jobs as a housemaid to make ends meet. Despite these hardships, Bharti’s determination and hard work propelled her to stardom.

Now a mother herself, Bharti Singh wants to pass on the values of hard work and self-reliance to her son, Gola. She believes it is important for him to grow up and earn his own money, just as she did, to understand the importance of determination and perseverance. Bharti’s emphasis on earning one’s own way stems from her personal journey of overcoming adversity through sheer resilience.

During an interview, Bharti said, “Main chahti hoon ki mera bachcha agar padh raha hai na toh baad main kisi coffee shop ya store main kaam kare. Apna kharcha paani nikale. Aisa nahi ki Bharti ka beta hai ya Harsh ka beta hai toh isko toh mil hi jayega. Nahi, main chahti hoon ki voh kare. Maine suna tha foreign main aisa culture hai ki bachche kamaate bhi hain. Toh Gole, ready rehna.”

Well, that is really thoughtful of her, what do you say?
