The latest episode of Bigg Boss 18 has heightened tensions in the house, with Avinash Mishra openly accusing the makers of favoring Karanveer Mehra and his group. The dramatic confrontation unfolded during the weekend episode, hosted by filmmaker Farah Khan in Salman Khan’s absence.
This week, Farah Khan stirred conversation by comparing Karanveer Mehra to the late Sidharth Shukla, the winner of Bigg Boss 13. Her remarks came after Karanveer’s dominating performance, which positioned him as the central figure in the ongoing house dynamics.
Karanveer and his group, comprising Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang, faced eviction this week. However, Farah Khan revealed during the Saturday episode that no eliminations would take place, a decision that left Avinash Mishra and others fuming.
Avinash Mishra expressed his displeasure with the repeated pattern of no evictions when Karanveer’s group is nominated. Sharing his frustrations with Rajat Dalal and Eisha Singh, he accused the show of bending the rules.
Eisha echoed similar sentiments, stating, “Have you guys realised whenever this group is nominated, they declare no one will get eliminated?”
Avinash took his anger further, openly addressing Bigg Boss:
“I am openly saying this now, and Bigg Boss you can do so too, whenever Karanveer and group are nominated you announce no elimination. Just tell us directly then, we are not stupid. Ever since Karanveer has come out from the confession room, this is the third instance where no elimination has happened. Only when we are in the pool, then you want to follow the rules. Tell us now. How am I supposed to stay in the show?”
The favoritism allegations have sparked debates among viewers, with many taking to social media to express their views. While some fans support Avinash’s claims, others believe the no-eviction decision adds intrigue to the game, keeping contestants on edge.
As tensions between the housemates escalate, it remains to be seen how the Bigg Boss team addresses these accusations. With alliances being tested and tempers flaring, the drama in Bigg Boss 18 shows no signs of slowing down.
