Deepak Tijori claims that the filming of the film ‘Tipppsy’ was promised under the agreement and that Rs 2 crore 60 lakh was spent on the project, but that it was never finished.
Deepak stated that that was not the only reason that the shoot did not take place on time. Rather, co-producer Mohan Nadar deposited Rs 2 crore 25 lakh of the accused’s Rs 2 crore 60 lakh in his production firm, in violation of the agreement.
