Rather, co-producer Mohan Nadar deposited Rs 2 crore 25 lakh of the accused’s Rs 2 crore 60 lakh in his production firm, in violation of the agreement. When the complainant warned the accused about breaching the agreement and not shooting, the accused gave him a check from his bank account, which was empty. When confidence was breached, a cheating charge was filed in this instance.
