A dispute broke out in Guwahati, Assam, during Congressman Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. As police stop the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra from reaching Guwahati, congressmen smash over the barriers.
Earlier on Tuesday, Rahul Gandhi resumed his yatra from Jorabat, Assam.
The Assam government, led by Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, ordered the yatra to avoid the city and take the Guwahati bypass instead, which led to the incident.
