Because the platform combines all recruitment-related operations (screening, assessment, and interviewing) in one location, the entire recruiting process becomes more efficient. Recruiters save time since they no longer have to go through hundreds of unvetted resumes and then wait for evaluations, according to the creator.
Companies also save money on extra fees like as resume sourcing, evaluation application monitoring, and an interview platform, according to him, who adds that Coffeee.io charges 30-40% less than the market rate.

Coffeee.io secured Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed fundraising round headed by Riverwalk in August of last year. In the first quarter of 2023, the business intends to secure further money and deploy its platform in the United States. It also intends to expand to other campuses in India over the following year.
