Due to a left knee injury, all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy will miss the final two Test matches against England. He’ll go back home to get treated.

Nitish Reddy played in the following two Test matches after missing the Leeds series opener. In Birmingham, he struggled, scoring just two runs and going wicketless in six overs. But at Lord’s, he made an impression by getting rid of openers Ben Duckett and Zak Crawley in the same over of the first innings, getting rid of Crawley again in the second, and using the bat to score 30 and 13.

After suffering an impact injury to his left thumb while bowling during a training session in Beckenham, Arshdeep Singh will also miss the fourth Test match in Manchester. The medical staff at BCCI is monitoring his recovery.

Anshul Kamboj, who has already joined the team in Manchester, was added by the Men’s Selection Committee to strengthen the squad.

The fourth Test in the series begins on July 23, 2025.

KL Rahul, Sai Sudharsan, Abhimanyu Easwaran, Karun Nair, Ravindra Jadeja, Dhruv Jurel (WK), Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohd. Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Akash Deep, Kuldeep Yadav, Anshul Kamboj, and Shubman Gill (c) are the new Indian team for the fourth Test.
